It has come to our notice that attempts are being made to deceive and mislead our customers and the general public using the name of Medicovada. This includes activities such as false correspondence, scams, providing fake information, misinformation about non-existent/false products by Medicovada. These attempts are being made through spam/unknown voice calls, emails, text messages, and WhatsApp etc. to commit fraud, illegally obtaining confidential information or money or selling counterfeit products.

Customers and the general public are requested to verify and confirm the authenticity of any communication before engaging in or responding to it.
